But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, he lights me up with a big fat bulls-eye. Turns out he has a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal his abilities and the only way I’m getting out of this alive is by sticking close to him until my alien mojo fades. If I don’t kill him first, that is. Onyx Daemon’s determined to prove what he feels for me is more than a product of our bizarro alien connection. So I’ve sworn him off, even though he’s running more hot than cold these days. But we’ve got bigger problems. I’ve seen someone who shouldn’t be alive. Review: Medieval Times Dinner & Tournaments

Also known as the place that has swords, horses and knights with cool hair! Oh, and they make you eat with your hands. Win! We had the chance to visit our local Medieval Times the other night in Hanover, Maryland. A HUGE thank you to Rae Ann Cinquanto, Marketing & Sales Manager for the tickets! It was our first time and all four of us had a blast! We arrived about 75 minutes before the show began which gave us plenty of time to check out the suits of armor, swords and the dungeon.  We enjoyed excellent service, a fantastic show and the food was delicious. I was really impressed with the actors, especially those on horseback. They make it look so easy, but I've spent my fair share of time atop a horse so I know how much core strength it takes just to stay put. Never mind trying to do battle, hook a ring or hit a bulls eye while galloping at high speeds. HERE, HERE, KNIGHTS! Each section is tasked with cheering for the color c

Chapter By Chapter Author Spotlight: Rachael Wade

Fear is sabotage’s sweetest weapon. Kate has no time for meaningless romantic charades, and definitely no time for hot college professors who are full of themselves and smitten with her. Constantly battling eviction notices, tuition she can’t afford, and a sick, dependent mother, the last thing she needs is to be distracted with someone else’s complicated baggage. When she stumbles into Ryan Campbell’s creative writing class, he is only “Mr. Campbell” to her, until Ryan finds himself captivated by her writing and she is forced to face their mutual attraction. His cocky know-it-all syndrome is enough to send her running in the other direction, and his posse of female admirers and playboy reputation are enough to squander any odds in her favor. But underneath Ryan’s abrasive facade is something to behold, and she can’t stay away for long. Ryan and Kate must decide who they’re willing to become and fight against their former selves if they want to make things work.
